Although they are busy answering phone calls and scheduling patients, they are always available to answer any questions or problems you may have regarding insurance coverage, payments, and/or paperwork.

Anabela joined Sheddon as a receptionist, back in 2007 after leaving the salon and spa industry. She has been a staple at the front desk and the backbone of our admin team. Anabela loves the daily interaction with clients and says it’s a pleasure to have joined Sheddon and to be working with such a great group.
Wendy joined the Sheddon front desk team in August 2016, previously working at a local non-profit. She has a passion for the Oakville community in which she lives and volunteers.
Wendy looks forward to learning all the nuances of the clinic and providing exceptional customer service to the patients we serve.
Nisrine joined the Sheddon front desk team in November 2018. She comes to us with office administration experience. Her interest in customer service and her experience as a physiotherapy patient is what drew her to the position. Nisrine is looking forward to this new chapter and is happy to be part of the team.
Isabel joined the Sheddon front desk team in 2018. Isabel is passionate about creating positive experiences for patients. She is dedicated to ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention. She will greet you with a smile and make sure you feel welcomed in the clinic.
Kenzie joined the Sheddon front desk team in July 2022. She grew up playing competitive hockey and rugby, and has continued to play rugby in University. She is currently in Nursing school and plans on becoming a nurse practitioner.
Lorna joined Sheddon as the Office Manager in June 2018. She brings with her management and clinical experience, as she holds a BA PhEd, Athletic Therapy Diploma and a Computer Business Applications Diploma. Her clinical experience certainly gives her greater understanding of the clinic environment and has assisted her immensely in her years of management. Lorna loves to travel and has even lived in Scotland for a number of years. She calls Oakville her home now. She enjoys spending time with her family at the cottage, in the summer boating and fishing and in the winter refinishing furniture.
She looks forward to working with the amazing staff at Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic Oakville and providing exceptional service to the clients we serve.
