Stephen Lobo
Stephen is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in helping people get back to doing what they enjoy. He completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph-Humber, followed by a Master of Science in Physiotherapy with Distinction from the University of Worcester. During his master’s, he was awarded both the Academic Achievement Award and the Course Leaders Award.
Having been involved in recreational sports his whole life, Stephen understands how frustrating it can be to deal with injuries or limitations. This is what drives his interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and working with active individuals.

His approach is practical and personalized, taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and building a plan that fits their lifestyle. Whether someone is trying to get back to sport, return to the gym, or simply move with less pain, Stephen focuses on helping them build confidence and make steady, lasting progress.
