Free Initial Virtual Consultation for our Essential Service Workers.
We want to thank all of the dedicated essential workers that are keeping our community safe and making sure our needs are met.
We appreciate everything you do and want to support YOU!
We understand essential workers may be working longer hours than normal, leaving less time to care for themselves. We want to help you stay healthy.
One small way to thank you is to offer a complimentary virtual visit in the comfort of your home.

Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic (SPSC) has been a member of the Oakville community for over 10 years and strongly believes in being involved within the Oakville community and giving back to those who have supported us throughout the years, as well as helping those who are less fortunate. Starting Monday November 13 til December 12, we will be collecting donations for our Christmas Food and Toy Drive. To say thank you to all our patients, family, and friends who donate and help others in the Oakville community, we are offering one ballot for a free 45 min massage for every donation. Our lucky winner will be drawn on December 12.
Food donations are in support of the Oakville Fare Share Food Bank, a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, who have been helping the needy families of Oakville since 1988. Items needed include: baby foods, diapers (size 4,5,6), breakfast cereals, canned fruit, soups, powder laundry soap, side dishes (grains), etc.
Toy donations are in Support of the Oakville FireFighters Toy Drive. The mission of the Oakville Firefighters Toy Drive is to ensure every local child has an opportunity to unwrap a gift of their own over the holidays. All donations are distributed directly to local families, institutions and community agencies supporting children and youth in the Oakville and Halton Region.
All donations are greatly appreciated, however the area of greatest need are gifts for boys and girls ages 11-15 (for example: gift cards, backpacks, clothing (winter hats and gloves), hair accessories, cosmetics, movie passes, etc.).
Get into the holiday spirit and help others in the Oakville community have a merrier Christmas!
Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic (SPSC) has been a member of the Oakville community for over 10 years. During that time we’ve developed relationships with several local businesses, organizations and teams. As such, SPSC strongly believes in being involved within the Oakville community and giving back to those who have supported us throughout the years, as well as helping those who are less fortunate.
SPSC continues to work with Kerr Street Mission, Pioneer Camp, and most recently, GENEius Girls Biotechnology Camp. GENEius Girls is a new science outreach organization, starting up locally in Oakville, to inspire and support high school girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) through the lens of genetics and biotechnology. Unfortunately, girls need more support and encouragement in STEM subjects, and this camp was developed to do just that. If you would like to know more about this exciting new initiative, you can find more information here.
We strongly encourage our clients to give back to the community in any way that they can. Whether you donate your time, money or expertise, investing in your community helps support and strengthen your local neighborhood.
Sears National Kids Cancer Ride
I will be taking part in Coast to Coast Against Cancers Foundation’s very own Sears National Kids Cancer Ride. Every year cancer is responsible for taking more kids from us than any other disease. Not only are 100 percent of proceeds donated but nearly 5 million dollars are raised every year due to the integrity of this foundation.
The Journey will take place in Vancouver on September 10th where two small teams of cyclists will depart. In sixteen days these riders will reach Halifax on September 26th. My role in this amazing cause will be to provide massage therapy for some very tired bodies.
My commitment to this cause is for two reasons: personal goals and professional goals. On a personal level my aim is provide as much support as possible to those in need. Professionally, my intentions are to expand my experience of how Massage Therapy can aid working muscles. Furthermore, how Massage Therapy can prevent muscle soreness/breakdown and facilitate recovery in cyclists and endurance athletes alike, who are performing at the highest level. Ultimately, my experiences will provide me additional skills needed to take your standard treatment to the next level.
During my absence please do not hesitate to seek treatment from our other Registered Massage Therapists on the team. My personal schedule will be closed off from September 7th to September 27th and will re-open on the 28th of September.
